What We Do

Industrial production of fiberglass components for yachts and superyachts.

Hulls

Production of fiberglass hulls for pleasure boats, yachts, and superyachts. Controlled lamination with sequences defined by the construction plan, calibrated structural reinforcements, and dimensional control at every stage. Hulls emerge from the mold compliant, stable, and ready for subsequent phases.

Covers

We manufacture fiberglass decks with complex geometries, structural integrations, and high-quality surfaces. We manage insert placement, local reinforcement work, and control the dimensional tolerances required for assembly in-house.

Superstructures

Production of fiberglass superstructures for yachts and superyachts. Large components requiring expertise in shrinkage management, reinforcement distribution, and geometric consistency between parts intended for assembly.

Fly and Hard Top

Construction of fiberglass flybridges and hardtops, with particular attention to structural lightness, surface finish, and integration of the technical details required by the setup. These components must be aesthetically precise and structurally solid.

Complex Structural Components

Production of structural components based on the shipyard’s technical specifications. Unique pieces, small series, and non-standard geometries. We address complexity industrially, without improvisation.

Molds and Models in Production

In addition to finished components, we mass-produce molds and models for shipyards that need to replicate production assets or that entrust us with the complete management of their fiberglass production capacity.
