In the 1990s, fiberglass was hard work, ingenuity, and passion. In a small warehouse, with few resources but a wealth of expertise, a team formed that believed in a job well done.
The initial orders were few but handled with artisanal care; from there, collaborations with large construction sites and projects abroad were born. Today, we continue the same dedication: quality, discipline, and responsibility are at the heart of every project.
When the industry was running, we were running with it.
Between the late 1990s and early 2000s, the nautical market experienced a period of rapid expansion. In this context, the company managed to grow in a structured manner, investing in facilities, specialized skills, and production capacity. This rapid and challenging growth path consolidated the foundations of our experience in the production of fiberglass products for the nautical industry. Rapid, ambitious, and challenging growth.
Mondo Yacht Srl was born in 2016.
Not simply as a continuation of the past, but as a synthesis of everything learned. A solid and streamlined industrial structure, capable of directly overseeing every stage of the process and ensuring strategic independence. A technical culture developed over decades of real-world experience, focused on quality, efficiency, and growth. The goal was clear: to establish itself as a leading industrial partner for the contract manufacturing of fiberglass products for yachts and pleasure boats.
Mondo Yacht Today
Today, we have approximately 9,000 square meters of production space and a team of over 100 specialized collaborators. We are able to produce hulls, decks, superstructures, flybridges, hard tops, molds, models, and complex structural components for some of the most important shipyards. Each project is handled industrially, with rigorous quality control and the utmost attention to deadlines.

Analysis and Design
We listen to the shipyard’s needs, analyze the technical specifications, and define every detail of the production process. Careful design is the starting point for ensuring quality, efficiency, and reliability.

Models and Molds
We design, mill, and create models and molds with high precision. The quality of each product stems from the accuracy of this phase, which is essential to ensuring availability and consistent results.

Lamination
We manufacture hulls, decks, superstructures, and structural components in composite materials using controlled industrial processes. Each stage is tracked and subjected to rigorous quality controls to ensure reliability and long-lasting performance.

Finishing and Delivery
Each product completes its production cycle with finishing processes, final painting, and rigorous quality control. Only after passing all compliance checks is it delivered to the customer, guaranteeing high quality standards, precise finishes, and on-time delivery.
