Manual Lamination

Our manual lamination service takes shape directly on the mold, where each layer of fiberglass and resin is applied and compacted by hand by specialized personnel. This approach, even when combined with controlled industrial processes, allows us to handle complex geometries and large components with a level of care that automated processes cannot always offer.

Each lamination phase is tracked and subjected to constant checks: from mold preparation to layering, up to thickness control and proper fiber impregnation. This working method allows us to produce hulls, decks, superstructures, and structural components in composite materials with consistent and repeatable mechanical characteristics, even for demanding orders.
