We can produce milled polystyrene models with a paste finish, MDF models, and models constructed using traditional techniques, using frames and planking. The most suitable method is chosen based on the geometry of the object, its dimensions, the required tolerances, and the specific needs of the customer.

Every step is carefully monitored, as it represents the fundamental basis for the successful creation of the mold. Each surface is meticulously finished to ensure formal continuity, accurate profiles, and a high standard of quality.

Starting from the model, we then proceed to the creation of the fiberglass mold, developing the breakdowns, reinforcement structures and final finishes in order to obtain a robust, stable product ready for production use.
